Junior Account Manager - Michigan, US
SUMMARY: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world; Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for an entry level Junior Account Manager for Michigan. Join our team remotely from Michigan.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with MCC distribution partner and customers to achieve design-win´s and increase account penetration
- Promote MCC as strategic partner with assigned customers
- Research and develop new customers and new business segments
- Develop account strategy and execute business plan
- Effectively handle of customers' issue
- Meet sales budget (booking/Billing)
- Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team
- Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
- Hold business review with customers and distribution Channel
- Amount of travel will vary based on where candidate resides.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Understanding of the semiconductor industry market forces and dynamics.
- Ability to converse with sales and marketing managers about basic business issues.
- Effective communication, presentation, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at one time.
- Relevant educational background (technical)
- Sound experience in technology sales
- Experience with Automotive Customers
- Entry Experience in Semiconductors Industry desirable
- Good communication as well as presentation skills
- Fluent English and very good German skills
- Excellent flexibility, motivation, and networking
